一、一個非常詭異的問題

但是這些似乎並沒有影響到面試的順利進行,面試官見人來的差不多了,直接提出了自己的問題,而這個問題表面上看起來很簡單,但是仔細想想的話還是頗為困難的。

面試官問道:我這裡有5杯水,突然來了6位領導,那麼我這5杯水怎麼區分呢?

其中一位求職者站起來告訴面試官:如果只有5杯水,與此同時有6位領導的話,按照他們的等級官銜的大小來區分就可以了,讓排在最後一位的沒有水,其他的5位老闆喝水就可以了。

面試官聽了之後說:職場當中最要緊的或者最忌諱的就是不患寡而患不均,其他的老闆都有水喝,就這一位老闆沒水喝,那麼這一位老闆多多少少會懷恨在心,將來對於你的職業發展很不利。

二、小董的迴應

眼見著自己周邊的其他求職者,全都陸陸續續地回答了這些問題,並且他們的回答似乎都不能夠面令面試官滿意。

面試官不自覺地把眼睛戳到了小董這邊,小董一看面試官在看自己,也迫於無奈,只能站起來表達一下自己的觀點和看法。

小董直接站起來告訴面試官:其實這件事情說難也難,說簡單也簡單,關鍵看我們怎麼分析。

如果是我的話,我就寧可把這5杯水倒掉,哪一位老闆都不給水喝,這樣的話他們就挑不出毛病來了。

因為在職場辦公的時候,我們無法預估所有的問題,我們也無法判斷所有的問題,出現了問題之後,我們第一時間想到的就是儘可能地把這個問題縮小化,而不是把這個問題推出去。
